Spring is slowly beginning to hatch here in the South, and as the azaleas start to bloom it's a sign that my favorite week of the year is nearly upon us. Several years ago, my brother and I made our golfer's pilgrimage to Augusta, Georgia for a practice round of The Masters; the most storied and prized championship in all of golf. It's the course itself, however, that supplies most of the mystique surrounding the experience, and the intersection of the 11th, 12th, and 13th holes at Augusta National Golf Club are perhaps the most famous in the game. The stretch is known as Amen Corner, and the opportunity to see them in person was one of the best gifts I've ever received from the Golf Gods.
