Now that our annual four days of spring have passed here in Florida, the beach is a frequent subject of my daydreams. I've never been a fan of sunburns and sticky sand, but oceanfront resorts are a completely different story. Thankfully, there is no shortage of amazing beachfront hotels in Florida, and the Costa d'Este in Vero Beach ranks among the very best.
Vero Beach doesn't get the press of the more popular beaches in Florida, but thankfully it won over singer Gloria Estefan and convinced her to open the Costa d'Este. And with a view like this, chances are the only rhythm that's gonna get you is a very slow and relaxed one...
